Face recognition is a biometric recognition technology, which includes face image acquisition, positioning and identification. As a new technology, face recognition rises with the construction of smart city. Now it has been widely applied in various fields, such as smart campus applications and mobile payment.

       Face recognition is one of the main research directions of our laboratory. Face recognition mainly consists of two steps: face image feature extraction, face image matching and recognition. Our research tries to extract more robust features and design face image models to improve the accuracy of face recognition. In recent years, our laboratory has made some achievements and published some papers in this field.
